Jamie’s Garden

A supermarket near my home is working with Jamie Oliver to promote health food. This is one of the product that cost 8 AUD and a lot of fun. There are 4 packs of seed and we planted chives for the first round. I thought the best way to show is through pictures, lots of:

Satisfac-table

Well-being, a trendy term, measures the positivity of life to contrast with ill-being. There are different methods to judge one’s well-beingness from subjective facts, but often people are better in introspections.

To motive oneself, especially myself, to be more productive while reflect how good I perform. I have created the Satisfac-table. To use it:

  • Print it out, fill in the name, month and year according.
  • Stick it on the wall, workplace or home.
  • Assign the number of stars for each category, daily, base on how good you performed.

Work: Primary objective or duty. It could be education or career.
Study: Obtaining new knowledge related to your field/career.
Learning: Obtaining new knowledge unrelated to your discipline.
Exercise: Just to remember, it doesn’t need to be dedicated a workout session, walking is also considered as a good exercise. *
Satisfaction: How happy do you feel for the day?

The purpose of the chart is motivate oneself and to train the ability of introspections. By assigning each item a score per day, the chart shows the tendency and helps to visualise the correlation of each item and personal satisfactory.

The chart is created based on personal experience of self-management. Please comment to share with others if you have better suggestions for the chart.

* The amount of exercise suitable for each individual varies. Please consult a GP if you are in doubt.
